Game week 4 sees The Manchester Titans face up to the Merseyside Nighthawks on Sunday, May 15th 14:00 kick off.
The Titans will be looking to add to their winning start to the season, having already won their first three matches of the season. The Titans find themselves top of the Premier North Division after three games, having scored the greatest number of points in the league with 158, and have conceded the least number of points in the entire league at just 17, seeing the Titans enter game week 4 in a strong position.
Last week in game week 3 the Titans managed to secure a highly impressive victory away to the Sheffield Giants finishing at Sheffield Giants 7-49 Manchester Titans. The Merseyside Nighthawks will be going into their contest with the Titans on the back of a tough defeat to Tamworth Phoenix last week.
A tough start to the season so far for the Merseyside Nighthawks, seeing their first two games end in defeat, including a disappointing result against the Edinburgh Wolves at home where they suffered a 44-0 loss to a strong Edinburgh team who sit second in the table, behind the Giants.

The Titans will also be looking to climb the PDPG (points differential per game) rankings, after they were ranked 3rd in the country behind the Yorkshire Rams and the Bristol Apache. They’ll be looking to score some solid points against the Nighthawks to try and climb the rankings to eventually reach that top spot of the PDPG.
We also see the Manchester Titans U19 team travel to Edinburgh to face off against the Knights up in Scotland. They’ll be looking to bounce back after a heavy defeat against the Gateshead Senators academy U19 which saw them take a 8-43 defeat to a strong Gateshead team.
The Manchester Titans Women’s team’s season is yet to kick off their upcoming season, however on the 7th they hosted an open day which presented an opportunity to recruit new players before their own training sessions. They also come off the back of an exciting King Bowl tournament where they sent their flag team to compete in the Holland based tournament which saw them finish in a respectable 9th place.
